Our History
PMT Refinery is a privately owned and trusted precious metal refinery based in Queensland, Australia, known for its rich mining heritage. Established in 1997, with our current owners taking over in 2016, we stand as the only precious metal refinery in Queensland employing local people and contributing to the Queensland economy. With over twenty years of experience in the industry, our team’s expertise forms the core of our success and differentiates us in the industry as a whole.
Since our current owners take over in 2016 we have upgraded our systems and facility, increased our capacities and made investments to ensure PMT Refinery is a competitor in the industry.
